Refund policy

All products from Coffee with Bass are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Because of the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been made available for download for change-of-mind purchases.

If you have trouble downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect or damaged file, or accidentally purchase the same item twice, please email coffeewithbass@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and help resolve it, including providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
